When intellectual property questions arise, he conducts trademark clearance searches and filings with an eye toward long-term protection and business strategy. His goal is always to provide clear, actionable advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.
Before becoming a lawyer, Richard worked as a Series 7 licensed financial representative at Fidelity Investments. That experience gave him a strong understanding of how businesses operate, which continues to inform his legal work today. Outside of the office, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, including his daughter, who was born in March.
